Explanation for Identifying Opportunities, Threats, Strengths, and Weaknesses

A SWOT analysis is a tool used to identify the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of a company or project. It can help you determine the strategic direction of your business and identify potential issues before they arise. A SWOT analysis consists of four parts:

  • Strengths
  • Weaknesses
  • Opportunities
  • Threats

This step is solely intended to list these points. Later, they will be used to assess how strengths and weaknesses relate to opportunities and threats.
